Operation Arresting Hunger (OAH) is a community-driven initiative dedicated to providing Thanksgiving meals and Christmas gifts to families in need throughout Houston County. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to bring hope and support to those who need it most during the holiday season.
Founded by a group of passionate individuals who believe in the power of giving, OAH works year-round to collect food donations, raise funds, and gather gifts for children in our community. Each year, we strive to make the holidays a little brighter for families facing difficult circumstances by providing food boxes for Thanksgiving and personalized gifts for children at Christmas.

How We Help

Thanksgiving Meals: We provide families with all the essentials they need for a warm and hearty Thanksgiving meal.
Christmas Gifts: Through donations, we ensure children in need receive gifts during the holiday season, bringing joy to both them and their families.
Fundraising & Volunteering: We host a variety of events, including car washes, share nights, and donation drives, to fund our efforts and raise awareness about the importance of helping those in need.
